  1. How do I place an order? Placing an order with Created By A Boss  is simple. Just browse our website, select the product you want to personalize, and follow the step-by-step customization process. Once you're satisfied with your design, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout. We'll take care of the rest!

  2. How long does it take to receive my personalized gift? The production time for our personalized gifts varies depending on the item and complexity of the customization. Generally, it takes around 3-5 business days for production. Depending on your order it can take up to 5-14 business days.  After that, shipping time will depend on your location. We offer various shipping options to ensure your gift arrives in a timely manner. You can find more details about shipping estimates during the checkout process.

  3. Can I preview my design before placing an order? Absolutely! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your design before placing an order. During the customization process, you'll have the opportunity to preview your design and make any necessary adjustments. A mock up will be sent out within 24 hours of purchasing. This way, you can visualize how your personalized gift will look before finalizing your order.

  4. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During the checkout process, you'll be able to select your country for shipping. Please note that international shipping may have additional fees or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  5. What is your return policy? At Created By A Boss, we take pride in the quality of our products. Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges unless it is an error on our behalf. We will work with you to resolve any issues and provide a suitable solution.

  1. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed? We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchasing. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if production has already begun, it may not be possible to make changes or cancel the order.

  2. Can I use copyrighted or trademarked images for customization? To ensure we comply with copyright and trademark laws, we cannot use any copyrighted or trademarked images without proper authorization. When customizing your gift, please make sure to use your own images or images that are royalty-free and do not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

  3. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders? Yes, we offer bulk and corporate orders for personalized gifts. Whether you're looking for custom items for a special event, corporate gifting, or promotional purposes, we can accommodate your needs.
